In the new business category, sponsored by Riley and Co Ltd, the three finalists are Reactiv Media, Brasserie at the Bull and The Digital Consortium Ltd.
Elland-based Reactiv Media was nominated for its outstanding results achieved over the last year, with both its staff base and turnover having seen a phenomenal growth.

Brasserie At The Bull, of Bull Green, was transformed from a derelict former pub building into a thriving business by well respected Calderdale licensee Philip Hopkins. Philip was nominated because he saw a gap in the market and filled it with an up-market and safe venue for Halifax.

And the Digital Consortium, based in the Elsie Whiteley Innovation Centre, provides cutting edge web solutions to small and medium sized businesses. It was nominated for both its expertise and its ability to deliver a diverse range of projects.
