Next time voters will not forget...

Holme Street Hebden Bridge

Less than three months into the Con/Lib-Dem coalition Government and here are two recent headlines from the Courier and the Hebden Bridge Times.

The Courier: "Hundreds of jobs in healthcare at risk - Government plans to overhaul the NHS."

The HB Times: "No rebuild for Valley schools - hopes dashed as redevelopment scheme scrapped."

Is this what the people of Calder Valley believed they would get when they voted either Conservative or Lib-Dem at the General Election? I think not. We won't forget what the Con-Lib-Dem coalition is doing to our schools and our health service when the next General Election arrives. Neither will the voters.

Secretary

Calder Valley Constituency Labour Party.
