We still don't know where buzz is from
Calder Grove It has been several months since we began investigating the strange noise that is affecting the health of a number of my ward members in Mytholmroyd.
Unfortunately, we have still not found the source.
The story has resulted in interest nationwide and we now know that Salford University and Addenbrooke's Hospital in Cambridge are reseaching the issues of painful noise that some people can hear while others cannot.
Since the Courier was first kind enough to run the issue I have had many people from Calderdale and further afield contact me to say they are suffering from the same problem.
I am inviting people to join a contact group so that fellow suffers can talk with each other.
Anyone interested should contact me and I will produce a list of telephone numbers. My details are cbamptonsmith@yahoo.co.uk and 01422 881073.
