Grace wins Easter Bonnet competition

THE winner of a special Pole Moor Riding Club Easter Bonnet ride and competition was Stainland rider Grace Walker.
Grace and her pony Just Simply Red joined fifteen other club members for the ride in spring sunshine organised by Gina and Alison Whitely.

The group met at the Pennine Manor Hotel where manager Roy Gilpin welcomed them and judged Grace's the best bonnet.

In second place was Megan Fletcher riding Rhona and in third Molly Arthur on Treacle.

The ride, led by Gina Whitely riding Amber then set off around Scapegoat Hill.
