We were looking for someone to repair our leakiing garage roof and found Johnny of J C Roofing.  He came to give us a quote the same day of contact and we found him very friendly and helpful.  He sent us a quote that evening and we agreed for him to do the work.  Unfortunely due to the recent very heavy snow he had to put the start date back a few days but once they started they made sure they completed the work quickly and efficiently (they even worked in some remaining snow and on a Bank Holiday too)!!  They kept us informed every step of the way and were very efficient in all their work.  All the work was completed as quoted.  All the areas were cleaned up after they finished.  We would certainly have J C Roofing to do any further building work and would recommend them highly.

I recently used J.C. roofing for a complete reroof. I cannot praise them high enough. They were polite, courteous, and very tidy. They kept us informed with each stage of the work, and when they had finished the garden and drive was absolutely spotless. I would definitely recommend them to anyone, and I will use them again for any other building work I need doing.

J C roofing replaced our garage roof. The service provided was excellent from the outset. Johnny responded to our enquiry promptly , providing a written quote which was the cheapest of three . He worked to a high standard and offered a friendly service. I will recommend this company to others.

Excellent work, Jonny agreed a date and time and stuck to it, even came all the way to Manchester to do the job on a Sunday morning.  The work was completed to a very high standard, for a price that was way cheaper than all otheer quotes that I had received.  Jonny was very reliable, did what he promised, did not over-quote and did not try to get more work out of me.  Highly recommended, so many other roofers had let me down, but no problems here, excellent, would recommend to anyone and would definetely use again.

I was looking for a roof repair and/or replacement roof for a property in Halifax and came across J.C.Roofing advertised in www.qype.co.uk. I phoned up Jonny and we arranged a date to meet and discuss the job. After our meeting,  he promptly provided me with two written quotes , one for a repair and another for a roof replacement. During our meeting I had quizzed him about various aspects of the job, his experience , timings and costs. Jonny made it simple he answered all the questions and said what he was going to do and did it once I gave him the go ahead. He was always in touch and informed me of anything extra that needed doing and provided me with a cost for any additional work before commencing. He cleaned up the area after he had finished and again contacted me to say everything was done and the invoice was in the post which duly turned up the next day. A real joy to work with someone who takes pride and care in what he is doing, provide an excellent service at a reasonable cost and keen to keep his customers happy. Good luck Jonny a pleasure doing business with you.

During the recent bad weather I discovered a leak coming through my daughters bedroom, I looked on the Internet and came across this local company, I couldn't believe it when Jonny was here within the hour. As it was still pouring down I was a little concerned as to wether it could be done there and then, if he had time to do it and if I would have to pay over the odds as a result.

Those concerns were quickly gone as Jonny talked me through the problem, he stayed until it was done and charged a very reasonable price. I have had lots of dealings with tradesman over the years and I know when I'm being taken advantage of and when someone is genuine. I was so impressed I have decided to use Jonny for all my other jobs I need doing on the house that I've been putting off due to the fear of the cost. 

It is very rare these days to find an honest tradesman and I would recommend Jonny to anyone who needs any work doing on or in their home. I even got a courtesy call a week after to check everything was ok!!! Where else do you get that service? 

A true gentleman who clearing loves what he does and puts the customer first.

Hi I felt the need to do this review as I am a single women who has had bad experiences when it comes to having work done on my house. I feel very pressured and the quote always comes to more money. So with all the bad weather we have been having my roof has been leaking a lot I need the whole roof replacing. As it was my friend was having all her guttering and some piping done and recommended me this charming young man from JC Roofing as you can imagine I was still feeling very anxious at the thought of having any kind of quote done. Any way I had the work done and Found not only was this young man very efficient the price I was quoted I later was told off other people who had similar work done was very good. I did not feel intimidated or pressured and would recommend this young man to any one wanting to have repaires done. Ms wilkinson Halifax.
