Hartley's charity day proves a big hit

A HUGELY successful Charity Day was held by Ryburn captain Stuart Hartley at the course on Saturday, raising a magnificent £521 for the Forget Me Not Trust.
A gentleman's medal was held in the morning and a mixed greensome in the afternoon followed by a race night and silent auction in the evening, and Hartley thanked all who participated for their generous donations.

First Division: R Emmett 72-9-63. Second Division: P Webb 72-16-56. Third Division: D Porter 80-19-61.

Mixed Texas Scramble: 1 DS Lumb and Mrs J Tolley net 64.7, 2 S Hartley, Miss E. Stead and Mrs V Simmons net 65, 3 B Simmons, Mrs E Singleton and Mrs B Jones net 67.8.
