Tip of the week: Correct Aim

Many players struggle to aim correctly and when the ball flies towards their intended target they believe this is a good shot, but it will inevitably be a pull or a push.
To aim correctly, you firstly need to see the intended shot in your head, how the ball will fly and what effect the wind will have on the flight of the ball.
Then you can correctly determine where you want the ball flight to start off.
Once you have done this you should come behind the ball and pick something maybe a couple of yards in front of the ball in line with your intended target line.
It is then a lot easier to aim correctly as you have got the basics right and can work on correcting your bad shot rather than your good.
