Halifax RL's National League One first round play-off clash with Widnes at the Shay will be shown live on Sky TV.
The game will be played on Thursday September 4, 7.30 kick off, with the winners going through and the losers eliminated.

Fax finished third in the league to earn the home time with Widnes who ended in sixth place.

It promises to be a great clash. Both league games have been thrillers. The sides drew 26-26 at the Shay last month.

But Fax won at Widnes 40-30 in June with Shad Royston grabbing a hat-trick in one of their best performances of the season.

Be a shame if Fax score nill and Holly misses out. Who voted that Fax would dominate this year? Go back to a proper game of winter rugby with two fingers to the boys at RFL HQ.
