Solomi card costly

HALIFAX RUFC flanker Dan Solomi has been handed a three week suspension following his dismissal during the second half of the opening National Three (North) clash with Preston Grasshoppers on September 6.
Solomi was sent off for striking contrary to Law 10(4)(a).
The former Yorkshire under 20 player came on as a replacement but lasted just a couple of minutes before seeing red after retaliating to a punch.
He can resume playing on September 29.
