Fax fan,

25/04/2008 11:54:25
I am all for keeping professional sport in this town, but the above list is a complete disgrace. How on earth can HX town owe so much money to so many people? It looks like they haven't even payed the coach company for travel costs.
Where has the money gone? judging by the above it looks as if nobody has been paid anything for a long time. Is anybody going to be held accountable?
Disgusting.

If "fax" had invested the monies promised from the sale of thrum hall into the Shay development we would now be seeing a fully functioning east stand generating cash for both clubs. Dont be so righteous fax fan when your club has been mismanaged plenty of times throughout the years. Now get off arr land!
3

Andy1,

25/04/2008 12:35:22
I totally agree with Fax Fan, how are companys like Jacamast Ltd who are owed £193,034.31 supposed to survive when they are given a fraction off what they are owed. I may be wrong but but couldnt they decline the proposed amount and issue proceedings with a view to enforcing bankrupty, surely towns ground (land) holds value!!
4

Bobby Ham-burger,

25/04/2008 12:35:53
Mismanagement by the likes of Brown and Ralph and complete non investment by the Blue Frocks has put us in this mess.
5

sheikh mahand,

25/04/2008 12:40:16
Andy1 - its not town's ground - keep up!
6

4s8k2,

25/04/2008 12:45:22
Bobby, the rugby club has not landed you in this mess. Seriously, that scapegoat has been used far too many times for the various crises Town have found themselves in...it's so old and basically not true.
7

lstartrek,

Elland 25/04/2008 13:01:21
Sheikh, confused of Elland here, what the heck has the rugby team got to do with the football club being totaly financially mismanaged? I appreciate that they share the same ground but that surely is all that they do share? Halifax town have been for want of a better word shonky for as long as I can remember and that's a long time.
8

CRISTIANO ROONALDOO,

MANKEYCHESTER 25/04/2008 13:08:21
The robbing gets, the owe me a £10 refund for a cancelled game a couple of years ago, i should be on that damn list.
9

Deerfold,

25/04/2008 13:57:34
Why are there people on the list owed "nil"? I could be on the list if we're listing all the people they don't owe money to.
10

bluemoon,

25/04/2008 17:59:46
i don't see the VAT/TAX man in that list i bet he has been paid in full....
