FC Halifax Town's Ashley Stott is determined to achieve his target of 30 goals for the season.
Boss Jim Vince has challenged the former Bangor City frontman to reach the milestone as Town look to make an impact on the Unibond League Division One North promotion race.
Stott bagged 30 in 59 starts for the League of Wales outfit before arriving at the Shay.
And, having opened his account for the season with a double at Silsden last week, he is ready to match that tally in one season in West Yorkshire.
"I am a confident person and will be aiming to hit that target," he said. "I have been under a bit of pressure and the first one took a bit of that pressure off," he said. "I came here to score goals and didn't deliver in the first game that I played in.
"Hopefully I can kick on from here.
Stott scored after 25 and 41 minutes at Cougar Park last week as the Shaymen moved into the first qualifying round of the FA Cup at Silsden's expense.
And his delight after heading home the opener was plain for anyone inside Cougar Park to see.
"It was a relief to get the goals," he said. "But the most important thing was to win and get through to the next round.
"I like to think I can score every game and I was disappointed in myself in the first few matches.
"The key now is for the team to start winning regularly.
"If I can go on a scoring run as well, it would be a bonus for me."
Stott will be aiming to build on his two-goal blast at Silsden when Town return to league action at Mossley tomorrow evening.
And he is hoping that the Seel Park pitch is better than the Cougar Park surface was five days ago.
"The surface at Silsden wasn't the best," he said. "But we adapted to that and got on with it."
FC Halifax Town were fourth in the Unibond League Division One North fair play standings for August with just four yellow cards in their opening four games.
