Man bailed over knife threat

A man has been arrested and bailed after allegedly threatening people with a knife in a Bridlington street.
The 38-year-old man left a house on Littlebeck Road before brandishing the knife at passers-by, police said.

Officers were immediately deployed to the area and arrested the man on suspicion of possessing a knife blade or sharply pointed article.
