Probe after woman found dead in backyard
Detectives in South Yorkshire have launched a murder investigation after a woman was found at the foot of a high wall in the backyard of a shop.
The 55-year-old woman, who is yet to be named by police, was pronounced dead at the scene on Mexborough High Street.
A 62-year-old man has been arrested on suspicion of murder and is being questioned, a police spokesman said.
