A Halifax DJ hopes to dazzle party crowds with his signature house beats.
Dale Castell, 33, of Pye Nest, will play to thousands of dancers at Sheffield’s super club Magna’s night History - A Journey Through House.
The musician will headline the Local Heroes Arenaon March 7 and says he hopes to see Calderale clubbers in the crowd.
“The venue is so big and it’s a massive line up. It’s my first gig at Magna so that’s exciting,” he said.
The former Fungal Ashtray band drum player says Halifax lacks a regular house music scene and hopes it’s revived in the future.
Dale got into DJ’ing seven-years-ago after leaving the local band and now has a monthly residency in Switzerland and is signed to the Ministry of Sound record label. This summer, Dale hopes to play to sunkissed crowds on the infamous Ibiza party island.
Fifty DJ’s will headline across five arenas and Dale hopes to give clubbers a really good time, he says.
