Calderdale's police chief answers your questions

Calderdale's Chief Superintendent Ian Levitt has been responding to your burning questions. Now, read - and rate - his answers.

As part of our collaboration with Yoosk, a website which puts you in direct touch with the stars on our screens, the well-known and important local figures, Mr Levitt has been responding to the issues you feel are most important.

Readers have been suggesting questions - and voting for those asked by others - to be put to Mr Levitt.

Subjects ranged from what he felt about the job the Street Angels have been doing, to why he thinks criminals are becoming more violent, to how Taser guns will be used by the force.

We took the top five voted-for questions and asked Mr Levitt to answer them.

Click on the icon below to find out what he had to say and rate his answers.
