Sowerby Bridge High School had a successful season in a variety of sports in 1994, winning the under-13 basketball league trophy, finishing as joint leaders in the under-14 rugby league table, winning the under-12 five-a-side soccer knockout and at the under-19 level winning the cross-country shield, the rugby league cup and the soccer shield. Representing each of the teams are, from the left, standing, Steven Martin (basketball), Richard Hartley (cross-country), Gareth Williams (under-14 rugby league) and Andrew Markham (under-12 five-a-side soccer). In front are Craig Williams (under-19 rugby league) and James Savage (under-19 soccer).
