Brighouse-based Dyson Insulations will double in size over the next three years after scooping long-term agreements with the UK's leading energy suppliers.
British Gas, EON, Scottish Power and NPower have all awarded supply and installation of cavity and loft insulation contracts to the company across an area spanning the north of England.
During the contract phase, company turnover is expected to increase to £30 million.
Dyson has recruited 75 more staff in the past six months, from installers to administrators, managers and quantity surveyors.
The company is expected to increase its workforce from 200 to 350 in the following 12 months.
As part of the Government's drive to reduce carbon emissions and energy consumption, a range of initiatives including the Carbon Emissions Reduction Target (CERT) scheme have been introduced in a bid to meet sustainability targets.
The increased use of insulation into new and existing homes is set to support the energy suppliers in meeting their obligations outlined in CERT.
Dyson Insulations managing director Tony Hardiman said: "We are, of course, delighted to have secured these contracts and now aim to deliver a service based on our experience, skills and professionalism.
"The use of insulation in our homes can dramatically reduce heat loss, a factor which impacts directly upon our household bills and overall energy consumption.
"Subsidised funding is now widely available for installations, encouraging home owners and tenants to embrace a smarter way of living."
Dyson Insulations has been operating as an insulation supplier since 1981 and expanded its business and service range in 2001 after a management buy-out by Tony Hardiman, Ian Morrall and Andrew Allsop, each of whom had worked there for many years.
The company now has main branches in the Midlands, Manchester and Gateshead as well as a head office in Brighouse."
