Reactiv Media, based in Elland, was established in June 2007 by managing director Tony Abbot, who had worked in sales and marketing for 15 years.

The aim was to put all the different aspects of the data and lead generation industry under one roof.

Despite the economic downturn, the firm has continued to grow and achieve the aims, growing from four employees to 50.

Now a new sales office has been opened in Leamington Spa as part of the ongoing expansion plans. The office is being managed by business development manager, Leigh Cheshire.

Reactiv Media won the Courier's new business category in the 2008 Business Awards.

The company provides direct marketing solutions, tailoring them to individual businesses.
