Big break: Getting on the Arcadia graduate management scheme.

Top tip for business success: Focus on the people... customers and your team.

I relax by: Going out for dinner, going to the gym, watching TV.

Favourite restaurant: Dil Raj, Indian restaurant in Dodworth, Barnsley.

Pet hate: People who throw litter.

When I retire I would love to: Potter around in my garden.
