Jon Mann hopes his latest motoring venture gets off to a racing start.
The 43-year-old Yorkshireman is the latest franchisee to sign up to "kream", a specialised service which parks job seekers with employers in the motor industry.

He has invested in part of the network which covers Halifax, Leeds, York, Harrogate and Bradford and will work with recruits and dealerships across the patch..

He has spent almost 30 years in the motor industry. He started in sales and has spent the past 11 years working in recruitment and training.

The automotive recruitment company has been successful in establishing a network of franchises helping employers to find – and keep – high quality staff.
