A NEW range of tumble dryers produced by Hipperholme manufacturer Crosslee has attracted so much attention that a special review is under way with Which? magazine.
The company has re-launched its White Knight Eco Gas tumble dryer range, which includes an increased capacity of 7kg from the original 5kg.

The new development has come after an increase in demand for larger, more powerful machines that still keep
CO2 emissions to a minimum.

The range is being tested by Which? and a full review will bve published soon. The range is also backed by The Energy Savings Trust and Carbon Footprint Ltd, which says: "The White Knight Eco tumble dryer is the silent hero of CO2 reduction."

Coinciding with new development, Crosslee has appointed a new commercial director, Suzanne Hothersall, who has been promoted from export sales director. She now covers both export and UK sales, the first time the two roles have been put together.

She has worked with Crosslee for more than 21 years.

Tumble dryer specialist Crosslee PLC produces more than 600,000 machines per year. Around 350,000 of these are produced under the White Knight brand name and 250,000 are made under contract for other companies.

At full capacity the company can produce one tumble dryer every twelve-and-a-half seconds. The machines are sold in about 75 countries.
