Holders Hebden Royd Red Star crashed out of the cup on penalties after drawing 2-2 with local rivals Calder 76 after extra time.
Star opened the scoring early in the second half after a uneventful first period, Rob Day scoring from the spot after Dean Lewis had been brought down when clean through on goal.

Calder looked up against it when when Steven Jones was sent off on
the hour but with minutes to go a long ball from Simon Witton was punched into his own net by Ash Colclough who was filling in for the unavailable Claxton.

Both sides created chances in extra time as first Lewis found himself through with the keeper to beat but his lob sailed wide, then at the other end Simon Witton's snap shot flew just past the post.

Star regained the lead when Adam Watts pounced from six yards but with seven minutes to go Calder where given a lifeline when Colclough brought down Fleming in the area which allowed Calder to equalise from the spot.

Star players were incensed as straight from the kick off the referee blew for full time after moments earlier indicating seven minutes to play, but it was on to penalties.

Both sides scored their first six and it was the unlucky Kristian Halstead who had his penalty saved and saw Star crash out of the cup in which they've reached the final for the last three years.
