With three games remaining in the Sunday Section, Illingworth look red hot favourites to add the Division One title to their Rod Warhurst Trophy triumph.
They entertain relegation haunted Barkisland tomorrow and with fixtures against Booth and bottom club Mytholmroyd to follow, the 25 points needed to clinch the title look well within their capabilities.
Nearest rivals Norden need maximum points at
Northowram HT in case Illingworth slip up.
The hosts are also in need of points to pull away from an increasingly close relegation battle.
Third placed Booth host near neighbours Mytholmroyd needing a 20 point win and a similar return from their match at Illingworth next week to mount a challenge.
Ashday Lane hosts a clash between Southowram and Triangle, both uncomfortably close to the relegation places.
Lightcliffe have moved ahead in Division Two and the trip to relegation threatened Bradshaw should see them consolidate their position.
Blackley's late surge has seen them reach second and Warley look unlikely to halt their run.
Rastrick, whose form has dipped since their cup final defeat, go to Laund Hill to face the Ces Charles-inspired Augustinians who, while lying fifth, are only 14 points away from a promotion spot.
Elland, two points ahead of Augustinians, are scheduled to play Queensbury at Old Guy Road where the greatest threat looks to be the weather.
Sowerby St Peters have returned to the top of Division Three, two points ahead of Copley who have played a game more, and seven points ahead of King Cross.
With the St Peters men hosting King Cross tomorrow, the way is open for Copley, hosts to Stones, and Sowerby Bridge, visitors to Old Crossleyans, to close the gap.
Copley need to record a maximum points win against Stones to retain any realistic chances of promotion.
Outlane should collect 20 points from the trip to struggling Greetland, but have probably left their upturn in form too late to reach the promotion places.
FIXTURES, Division One (1.30): Booth v Mytholmroyd, Illingworth v Barkisland, Northowram HT v Norden, Southowram v Triangle.
Division Two: Augustinians v Rastrick, Blackley v Warley, Bradshaw v Lightcliffe, Queensbury v Elland.
Division Three: Copley v Stones, Greetland v Outlane, Old Crossleyans v Sowerby Bridge, Sowerby SP v King Cross.
