ADRIAN Walker continued his rich vein of form with another maximum for Suma 1 in their thrilling 5-4 Pennine Tool Hire Halifax Association Summer League Division One victory over Huddersfield-based David Browns.
Walker was well supported by Steve Thomas and Matt Pinnell who each chipped in with one win apiece while for David Browns Jon Taylor and Terry Bostock each recorded two wins against Thomas and Pinnell, but it proved insufficient.

In Division Two,
Steve Hanson's fine maximum was the difference between his Scott's Marauders side and HxTTC Tigers as the former won 6-3 while another HxTTC side, the Leopards, came up against an Embassy C team inspired by skipper Derek Briggs who scored a fine hat trick to deny the Leopards' young trio of Jones, Foster and Stephens victory in a 5-4 thriller.

The distribution of the Winter League handbooks will take place tonight at the Table Tennis Centre from 7pm onwards.
