Teen band State of Error have two gigs in Halifax this week before they head out of Calderdale for recording sessions.
On Sunday the Queensbury band – Tom Partyka, Mikey Green, Danny Moore and Richard Hadley – will be at Bar 15, Bull Green, from 7pm - over 18s only. Support will be from new local punk band Swiftyz.

On Thursday they will be back at the Piece Hall, Halifax – where they scooped their second Battle of the Bands title this year – playing two sets at 1pm and 2.30pm.

The open-air gig, part of the summer holiday camp sessions which include free beach activities and £2 donkey rides, is free to attend.

On Sunday week the band will be at BCB Radio in Bradford to record an acoustic session. The broadcast date has yet to be confirmed.

And on Tuesday, September 2, they will be off to The Music Factory in Blackpool for the recording session that the band won as part of their prize at the Halifax Jumpin Jaks Battle Of The Bands earlier this year.
