With reference to the article
"Charlotte's 2012 target" (Courier, August 14) it is a shame that your reporter saw fit not to check his facts before going to print.
Had he bothered to contact the club or Chris Galloway directly he would have not only found out that she is a discus coach but also that she has great experience in coaching athletes with disabilities. In fact your own paper wrote about a number of club athletes, accompanied by their coach Chris, attending the INAS-SID Open European Championships in Manchester in an article on the 3rd of July this year.
