Highroad Well Lane,
Halifax.

EVERY week we read of people who are committed to do hours of community work as punishment by the courts.

I have always assumed this meant doing council work and saving the community money.

Can anyone enlighten me as to what they actually do?

With the number of people being sentenced we should be saving thousands of pounds.

R. Barlow
