I DON'T see the point in providing bus drivers with hi-tech watches
("Drivers go boldly into the atomic age", Courier, July 9).For the second time in the last few weeks the 2.30pm Halifax to Huddersfield 537/538 bus has not turned up on a Sunday afternoon.
The Elland to Stainland service is only hourly so what I want to know is: if the bus doesn't run, where's the money coming from to pay for these watches?
Maybe it's coming from charging children to ride on school buses.
