Winding Road hit with resurfacing disruption

Winding Road, Halifax, will be reduced to single line traffic every evening from Monday for resurfacing.
It is expected to take three weeks to complete the work between Northgate and Horton Street.
Temporary diversions and traffic lights will be in operation from 6.30pm, Monday to Friday, to minimise disruption.
