£40,000 drugs claim

DRUGS with a street value of about £40,000 were found in Brighouse, it was alleged at Calderdale Magis-trates Court.
Colin Milnes, 48, of Green View, Leeds, and Mary Prendergast, 36, of Quarry Street, Leeds, are jointly accused of possessing cocaine with intent to supply.

Milnes is also charged with possession of an offensive weapon and false documents.

The case was adjourned until May 21. Both were remanded in custody.
