The 18th Warley Scouts were going to serve burgers to visitors at Norland Scarecrow Festival this weekend.
But the field they planned to use is waterlogged.

The fourth Eastwood Festival, to have been held at Bridgeholme Cricket Ground, Tod-morden, today, has also been cancelled.
Organiser Tilly Chap-pell said: "The pitch started flooding and there was no other option other than to cancel. We are gutted. This year was our biggest yet."
