Bid to drag driver from car

POLICE are hunting an attacker who tried to drag a man from a car.

The victim had parked outside Santander bank in Southgate, Halifax, to pick up his wife.

Then a man approached saying he could not park there.

The driver replied he was only going to be there a couple of minutes.

But then the attacker starting racially abusing him before trying to pull him from the vehicle.

The culprit continued shouting racist abuse before walking into the White Horse pub.

He was between 45 and 60 with grey hair and wore big glasses.
