Elland Golf Club celebrated its centenary with a sparkling dinner and dance.
More than 180 members and guests attended the black-tie event at Berties Banqueting Suite, Elland, which was decked out with purple regalia for the landmark anniversary

They were entertained by covers band Psychoslinkys after a sumptous three-course meal.

Club captain Paul Green, who will be replaced by David Nicholson, said: "It has been a very enjoyable year with very supportive people. Congratulations to the club on its 100-year existence."
