HBOS boss Andy Hornby is reported to have had his own account raided by fraudsters who withdrew thousands of pounds.
Mr Hornby, the company's chief executive, has now had the account frozen after the thieves helped themselves to £7,000 in just one day. Shocked staff are trying to figure out exactly how much was taken.

It is believed the thief, thought to be of Nigerian origin, used an old bank statement to pose as Mr Hornby. He was caught on CCTV withdrawing cash from at least one branch.
