KIND-hearted children are appealing to their parents and community to boost a project.
Pupils at Savile Park Primary School, Halifax, are taking part in a We All Do Good Things project, funded by Calderdale Community Fund and Awards For All. It aims to increase acts of kindness.

They were visited by Look North presenter Christa Ackroyd and have filled scrap books about their good deeds. Pupils will create a Kindness Gazette - a newspaper filled with stories of nice gestures.

They want members of the community to come forward with ideas.

They will also fill a kindness box full of goodies and trade them with children at Mount Pellon and Luddenden Dene Junior Schools.
