A TEENAGE motorcyclist was killed last night when his bike crashed into a wall and van.
The accident happened on Heptonstall Road, just below Queens Terrace, Hebden Bridge, at 9.30pm.

The rider of the Suzuki, from Queensbury, was taken to Calderdale Royal Hospital where he was pronounced dead.

Before the crash it is thought he was riding with another five motorcyclists.

He hit a wall before crashing into a Mercedes Vito van.

Police are today due to speak to one rider who stopped at the crash scene.

They also hope to contact the other motorcyclists. They could have been in front and, not realising an accident had taken place, continued their journey.

Or it is possible they rode on to contact relatives.

A post mortem was taking place today.

Police want any witnesses to contact 01422 337236.
