Rape charge
Neil Anthony Burns appeared before Calderdale magistrates charged with rape.
Burns, 38, of South Selby, Illingworth, Halifax, faces a second charge of touching a woman without consent. Both are alleged to have happened on July 11.
Bail was refused and he will apear at Bradford Crown Court on July 24
