School's award for its career services

A SCHOOL careers centre has clinched an award and guaranteed its pupils will be enjoying a bright future.
The Connexions Resource Centre at Todmorden High School has won an accolade for its careers services – for the second year running – for the advice it offers to youngsters.
Coral Dearden, head librarian at the school, said: "To meet all the criteria for this is a very difficult standard to get and it is a real honour for us."
