A TEENAGER is fighting for his life today following an horrific road smash.
The 18-year-old man is in a critical condition at Leeds General Infirmary suffering from injuries including a broken neck, fractured skull, bleeding in his skull and fluid in his brain after the accident in Todmorden on Saturday night.

ivic he was a passenger in careered into a lamp-post and a wall at the junction of Halifax Road and Shaw Wood Road at 10.45pm.
The impact was with such force that the lamp-post was knocked out of its fittings.
Firefighters from Halifax, Todmorden and Mytholmroyd, ambulance and police attended and the road was shut in both directions for several hours.
PC James Sandford, of Calderdale road traffic police, said: "It was a nasty crash, the car was completely written off and the passenger has suffered very serious injuries indeed."
The 19-year-old driver, who is also thought to be from Todmorden, is believed to be related to the victim.
He suffered minor injuries and was arrested on the scene on suspicion of dangerous driving.
Police are appealing for witnesses to the incident.
