Man grabbed from behind by teenmuggers

A man was mugged and beaten by a gang.
He was walking along Stainland Road, Greetland, Halifax, listening to music on his headphones, when the gang pounced on him from behind.
He fell to the ground and was kicked and punched before the robbers stole his mobile phone and wallet.
His attackers are described as four white boys, aged 14-18, all wearing hooded tops with the hoods pulled up.
One suspect was about 6ft 1in with stubble on his chin. He was wearing a dark hooded Reebok top, dark tracksuit bnottoms and trainers with a red pattern.
Det Insp Ashley Hewitt said: "I believe these were local lads who carried out the attack and I believe people from the area will have seen them in a group and will know who they are.
"I ask them to come forward with any information which may assist our inquiries."
The robbery happened between 2am and 2.20am on Friday morning.
