LLOYDS Banking Group has introduced charges at its car parking sites across the country.
Hunger Hill and Cow Green both used by Halifax town centre staff are impacted, along the Copley Data Centre.
But, the £36 monthly charges only apply to higher-earning staff.
Those being charged account for just under four percent of employees across the UK.
A spokeswoman said the charges were being introduced to help meet the ongoing costs of parking sites.
“In order to enable Lloyds Banking Group to continue to provide good parking facilities to colleagues, a car parking charge will be applied to a small proportion of staff.
“This is to off-set some of the cost associated with on-site car park management and security.”
