Yorkshire Water is searching for its biggest intake of apprentices - 15.
Since 2010 the company has taken on 25 apprentices on two or three year programmes.
Each apprentice will be on a starting salary of £11,742 and at the end of the scheme they will all be offered a full-time job.
Last year the company received 600 applications for 11 places.
Yorkshire Water is currently carrying out a £300 million programme of investment across the region over the next 12 months, as part of its overall £3.5 billion investment between 2010 and 2015.
Pamela Rogerson, director of human resources at Yorkshire Water said: “Our burgeoning apprentice scheme is vital to the development of our business.
“Hopefully like last year, we’ll be inundated with fantastic applications highlighting the enormous amount of untapped talent out there.”
