Business for Calderdale members were invited to an exclusive tour of the newly opened Customer First Centre in Halifax.
The hi-tech centre opened its doors last November after a £1.2m investment from Calderdale Council.
Members got to tour the centre but as well as hear from the customer service management team about their services and how they link with business in Calderdale.
Self-service machines, installed in all Customer First centres, allow people to pay for bills including Council Tax and water bills., while DWP, JobCentre and Citizens Advice staff are also based there.
Those present included Steve Duncan, of the Community Foundation for Calderdale, and representatives from various businesses.
