Halifax electrician’s boost from approved contractor status

editorial image

editorial image

A Halifax electrician has become the 17,000 person registered as an approved contractor with UK regulatory body NICEIC.

Anthony Morrison has more than 25 years in the trade and set up his own business A. R. Morrison Electrical Services three years ago.

He said NICEIC accreditation had increased his workload and the site inspections from an area engineer had been a great help and benefit to his business.

All the firms he has worked for have been NICEIC registered. It is the electrical contracting industry’s independent voluntary regulatory body for installation work.
