Calderdale businesswoman Kate Hardcastle enjoyed the support of Deputy Prime Minister Nick Clegg for her “Access for All” project.

It helps business start-ups and charities by providing advice and motivation from the Insight With Passion team run by Kate.

Mr Clegg gained first-hand experience of her work when he dropped into a recent development workshop in Leeds attended by 10 businesses.

It invovled an afternoon of inspiring discussion and debate lead by Kate and one-to-one time with Mr Clegg.

Similar workshops have been delivered throughout the UK to over 800 micro/smaller businesses as part of the 8,000 hours of time IWP give back to the community every year.

Kate said: “We are thrilled that Nick Clegg wanted to visit to understand more about how our scheme works and we expect to deliver many more of these workshops throughout 2014.”

Insight with Passion is a business transformation organisation working with leadership teams to turn their vision into value.

Launched in 2009 it was formed after identifying a market opportunity to transform the vision of clients into value that would have a measurable and sizeable impact on their business.

The IWP team works in a variety of sectors including retail, manufacturing and interiors and Kate, who has won several awards for her work, is often seen on TV programmes as an expert commentator on many business issues.
