Queensbury man Dean Lewis was introduced to work during a two-week placement as a 14-year-old at Halifax-based Transline Resource Group.
He has now returned aged 27 as an IT specialist at the fast growing industrial and driving recruitment agency which has grown into a £70 million business in 13 years since being formed by Paul Beasley and Jon Taylor.
Mr Lewis always kept in touch with Transline and when someone was needed to develop the company’s development strategy he was invited back to work.
His client-focused role will now involve him analysing systems, identifying improvements, upgrades modifications or replacements to match requirements.
“I was seeking an opportunity to develop my skills on exciting projects and Transline Resource provides this,” he said.
