Children in Need is in full swing and you have been sending in your pictures of all the fundraising fun across Calderdale.

Samantha Coulter, from Sowerby Bridge, has sent in her picture of her super son Kenzie who has dressed up for the day at Woodbank special school in Luddendenfoot.

Tracey has also sent in her pictures of her girls dressed as superheroes for their fund raising day at Ling Bob Junior, Infant and Nursery School, Halifax.

Childminders Little ladybirds in Elland have been holding a week long day of activites for the BBC appeal including making cupcakes, painting a Pudsey bear, and a children in need PJ party.

Cakes, chilli and curry has been on the menu at the Pharmacy PMU and all that lovely grub has raised around £321.21 in the past month for Children in Need and Fight for Sight charities.

Staff and children at Hipperholme and Lightcliffe Day Nursery have also been dressing up as their favourite heroes for the day.
