Lloyds banking staff tackled the Three Peaks challenge to raise money for the Yorkshire Air Ambulance charity

Staff from the Sowerby Bridge branch of the Lloyds bank have completed the gruelling three peaks challenge to raise funds for the Elland-based Yorkshire Air Ambulance charity.

They raised a fantastic £3,700 and presented a cheque to the charity last Wednesday.

Sharon Fenton, charity representative for the branch, said: “It was amazing and we had a really good time.”

Kerry Garner, West Yorkshire regional fundraiser for the charity, said: “We really appreciate the support of all the staff as it costs £9,900 to keep the helicopters going.”
