Double Paralympic gold medallist Hannah Cockroft has been nominated for the Disability Sportswoman of the Year at the 2013 Sunday Times and Sky Sports Sportswoman of the Year Award.

Cockroft followed up her success at London 2012 with a sprint double at the IPC World Athletics Championships in Lyon.

She also enjoyed a third year unbeaten during which she retained both her world titles.

You can watch the Sunday Times and Sky Sports Sportswoman of the Year Awards live on Sky Sports on December 5.

Cockroft is also one of 10 nominees for the BBC’s Sports personality of the Year Award, which is held at the First Direct Arena in Leeds on Sunday, 15 December.

You can vote online but you will need to be registered with the BBC sign in system, BBC iD.

You can register at any time. If you are already registered with a BBC iD, you do not need to do anything but will have to sign in in order to vote on the night.

Voters in the UK can also either call from their landline using the long (11-digit) number for the contender(s) of their choice or from their mobile.
