Escaped horses found wandering around town centre
Police officers in Brighouse are currently tending to two horses that decided to take a stroll around the town after escaping from their enclosure.
One was located on Bradford Road near to the Ritz Ballroom this morning (Thursday) and the another had made its way to the Wilko’s store, where a member of the public managed to catch it and secure it to railings by a tow rope. One horse is white and one is brown, both horses are wearing Grey and Light blue jackets/blankets (Gallop make).
The owner, or anyone who may know who the animals belong to, please contact police via 101 and quote log number 245 August 18.
